Newsletter10/9/2020 No School on Monday. Enjoy the long weekend! Picture Day is Wednesday, October 14 at 1:15 Forms for Picture Day went home this afternoon. No need to return the form if you end up ordering online. If you did not get a form today, please remind your child to bring it home on Tuesday. (Write a note in their agenda!) :) Sweatshirts for Cold Weather Please send in a sweatshirt for your child to keep at school (if you have not already.) Label it with their name on the tag. We keep these on hand in case we need to evacuate during cold weather. Multiplication We've been learning beginning single-digit multiplication. Here are the strategies we are using.
Spelling Students will start spelling lists next week. Halloween It's time to start thinking about Halloween. We will do a class party, but it will be very different from past ones. Costumes (that aren't going to scare Kindergarteners....) are definitely OK. But we're not passing anything between each other this year-- candy, toys, etc. I will provide more details as I know them...
It's okay to send in simple decorations for our classroom. We'll put them up!

They will come in a bag with a login sheet and a charger. The charger stays at home, but the Chromebook needs to come back on Wednesday morning.
