Newsletter11/9/2020 Monday is 11:30 Dismissal Today, several students were concerned about what to do if we need to move to remote schooling. If this happens, I told students to log onto their Google Classroom by 9:20am and start the morning as usual. I will have instructions for them in their regular Morning Work slides. We'll go from there and do the best that we can. Important! Help lighten the load in your child's backpack. Now that Chromebooks are going back and forth to school, I want students to be conscious about keeping clutter and extra weight out of their backpacks. Items in backpack: 1) agenda 2) Chromebook 3) water bottle (we have a touchless refill station in the hall, these can come to school empty to reduce weight and avoid spilling) 4) lunch 5) gloves/hat if necessary Please don't bring library books back and forth to school everyday. Keep them at home. Return them to school as you finish. Keep any toys, masonry repair supplies, and other extra items at home. If there are any questions, please let me know. Cursive Cursive packet #1 is complete and should have been brought home. Epic Books - an online reading resource. Students are already set up for free access until 4pm daily. To enable 2 more hours of reading outside of those hours, parents can link an email to their student's account. See below for instructions.
